Achieving student interaction isn’t always easy, especially with today’s technology, and this challenge extends to employees as well. Therese Gedemer has found incorporating technology into his classes is the best way to combat this. This includes teaching proper and ethical AI usage, addressing inaccuracies and helping students recognize AI in submitted work. This approach allows students to see the good that can come of using AI responsibly. Simulations are another effective classroom tool, providing students with interactive experiences that show how decisions impact their work.
